Electrics for new builds, start to finish
Whether you’re building a single house, a small development of flats or a large extension, we take care of the whole electrical installation — not just a few sockets at the end. We plan the electrics around your drawings, work to your builder’s programme and leave you with a fully certified installation that’s ready for building control sign-off.
DESIGN & QUOTEWe go through your plans, agree socket, lighting, data and appliance positions and give a fixed written quote.
FIRST FIXCables, back boxes, containment and circuits run through the frame, blockwork and floors before plastering.
SECOND FIXConsumer unit, sockets, switches, lighting, extractor fans, smoke and heat alarms fitted and connected.
TEST & CERTIFYEvery circuit tested, Electrical Installation Certificate issued and the work notified to building control through NAPIT.

Working with builders and developers
We’re used to working on site with builders, plasterers, plumbers and kitchen fitters. First fix is done on time so plastering isn’t held up, second fix is booked around decorators, and we keep you updated throughout. For developers and landlords building to let, we can also provide EICRs and ongoing maintenance once the property is occupied.
Extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments
The same approach works for rear and side extensions, loft and basement conversions and full refurbishments — new circuits designed around how you’ll use the space, with the certification building control needs.

New build questions
Do you do the whole installation or just parts of it?
Either. Most clients want us to handle everything from first fix to final certificate, but we can also take on second fix or testing only where another electrician has started.
Do you work from architect’s drawings?
Yes — send us your plans and electrical layout (or we can help you plan one) and we’ll give a fixed written quote.
Do I get certificates for building control?
Yes. You get an Electrical Installation Certificate, and as a NAPIT-registered firm we notify the work to building control for you.
Do you cover new builds outside North West London?
We mainly work across North West, West and Central London and South Hertfordshire. Get in touch with the site address and we’ll let you know.
